The Dutch dictionary continues to be daft, a year and a half after me using it for the first time no noticeable progress there. Other than that, the program itself works as well as can be expected, and is great fun. Occasionally I also use it for a chat. To which extent it collects data on me for others to exploit, I don't know. But if an app is free, *you* yourself are the price, and you having fun is not the main objective. That's a given. One day I'll find time to do some counter espionage.

Really good Scrabble game. The only thing, so far, I have found issue with is that it sometimes doesn't accept words that are actual words, and also that it's somewhat difficult to place the letters in any of the furthest right, or left, squares. You have to sort of 'toss' them there with your finger, and hope it goes. Having a bit of a margin on either side of the gameboard would help this.

Where this game could improve upon the real life version, is improving the distribution of letters, yet it consistently fails to do so. No one enjoys an entire match with only two or three vowels, so your UX research is subpar. Also the dictionaries are too incomplete for certain languages.

I am giving a 5star with many reasons... I have seen a comment someone said they need to see or be notified when an opponent is online, sometimes i may go online and not respond to any game especially on a tournament and the opponent sees me online feels i should play and i don't they'll start feeling otherwise. I am okay with the notification i get when ever an opponent plays. Nice app...

After the official Scrabble app was sold off and the new owner added a bunch of disgusting bells and whistles, my playing partners and I left to look for alternatives. We settled on Wordfeud and have been playing it for a couple of years now. Simple, straightforward, like it a lot.

Simple design, free of clutter, use of chat is a bonus. Ads are only 5 seconds long before you're able to skip. That only gets annoying when you have multiple games running, as they pop up after every move. But definitely better than the craziness of other word games with longer ads! :)

It is fun to play this game live when other players are online. Occasionally it gets frustrating to wait for an opponent to take his turn, but I like the different bonus point squares and how you can mix things up quite a bit with those. I am a long time Scrabble fan, and this is similar to Scrabble only with some very interesting differences. I wish there were a way to see definitions of words that are played. Maybe there is a way and I just don't know how to do it. But it's a lot of fun!

Eight year user here. I can't believe I've never reviewed. This is probably the best Scrabble like app out there. You can change your board style and the language. Ive actually been playing with one user since I started and made a couple more friends along the way. The ads arent so bad either, never bothered me enough to buy the one without. Good luck and enjoy!
