Absolutely terrible app, using basic functions so complicated, and obviously to lock you into the account. The free stock is so menial that a larger deposit for more free stock is very questionable. Just want out and have to jump thru hoops and wait for who knows how long for all requirements to clear before they will even close the account. Removed my bank account for security. Has been a nightmare and probably stuck with the account! Need to seek help in shutting it down. Boy howdy!
very functional and easy to navigate. I couldn't give it a 5 because when I'm watching a stock at its turning point or at peaks of interest, it lags and makes it difficult to enter or exit a stock at the right moment. I know it's from all of the interest that everyone has at the same time. but that's where my problem is with Webull. Aside from that, it's great! The indicators are easy to use and adjust, the fibonacci scales are pretty accurate. And the fees are built into the stocks.
Overall it's usable but has so many bugs it's not even funny. I've been able to work around them but it's getting old. Needs a complete inspection and hopefully the issues will be found and taken care of. Also, do you REALLY need to hold onto people's money for a week or more? Seems excessive. And the picture file in the device downloads cache needs to go, that's corrupting people's devices. You know what I'm talking about. Offer pop-ups are annoying.
TERRIBLE NEW UI. I've been using this app for years now, long before they switched to the webull name and offered their own trading platform. At first it was a great minimal and very simple to use stock tracker, which is how it was advertised and the reason why I choose it. Since then, they've been adding new features on every new update. The latest update is just way too much, the UI feels so bloated, there's too many features and it's not intuitive at all. I guess it's still a great app if you are looking for a lot of features, but I feel like webull just forgot all the original users who just wanted a great simple app that does one thing and does it great, track stock prices.
Used to be amazing and perfect before the update. They updated the UI and it looks amazing, until you get to your positions. Fidelity has the problem of scrolling through your information when in your positions where webull reigned king with all the info right in front of you. Why would you downgrade the UI and make it worse? Leave the information presented in a table like it was where we don't have to scroll. What an awful update it's like there were no UI/UX designers on board at all.
I started using this app/brokerage after the great Robbin'TheHood debacle of 2020 (or whenever that was) and I haven't looked back. It has served the purposes I need it to serve. 4 stars instead of 5, though, because the GUI could use some improvement, especially in the options screen. As much as it pains me to admit, I sometimes need to go to the Robbin'Hood app to see options because it's easier to read there. Then I come buy on WeBull.
Wow. How stupid are these ppl? There are a lot of features. It's very overwhelming for a beginner. The tools work, but they're very jumbled and poorly designed. It's like stock nerds vomited an idea and everyone went with it. But it's horrible for looking at stock charts. The detail is very small, and trying to zoom in on charts is a nightmare. It's not intuitive at all.
I never EVER write reviews for any apps whatsoever, but this is by far the best "Mobile" charting app I have EVER used! Even professional charting tools which I use on my desktop cannot seem to create their mobile app version as good as Webull has. Best of all, it is completely free! I'm writing this review because it deserves its recognition!
