Can't use any themes, fonts and wallpaper because you need to pay first. In other company like huawei and xiaomi there's a lot of free themes. This vivo themes are boring. Can't even customize themes and icons. Too bad for vivo users.
Starting from last night I can not buy any items from Theme app. I clicked the "purchase now" button but nothing happened. What sad is I can not clear data also. Dunno what to do now. I wish theres an update or option to clear data.
Worst app with 3rd class themes. Vivo is vivo overall. Just chinese looking theme with no customisation at all. bunch of garbage it is. They don't even know to provide clean experience. Even realme themes & ui way better.
themes need to be updated approx all are same nothing different only waste. No lockscreen is compatible with x60 very disappointed useless app very useless and it made vivo customization impossible even if u purchase any theme.
Worst UI they are charging money for themes, wallpapers, fonts everything which is available on the app are charged where in UI's they are providing it free and the charges are not reasonable at all like for example they asking Rs. 70 to 100 for buying themes.
I pruchased a theme worth 7 T-Coins and when I tried to apply it, a reminder pops up that I needed to purchase the theme since the trial period of 5 minutes has already ended. I checked my GCash transaction history and the payment was successful. I even got the message of the Vivo Theme Store that my top up was successfully done. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING! I had lost my money for nothing, I want a refund of the purchase. I can't even use the theme I bought! Yawa man diay mo. Giatay lang.
Worst product , in other services they provide good themes for customer . After spending 60k for mobile , there is no option to change the themes,fonts, lock screen, freely means what is purpose of buying this at this price. For every good theme we have spend 100k INR. Please don't fool the people it's completely scam with Vivo product. I can't able to give below zero "0" so I am giving 1 without option. Regards, Dinesh
Certainly not recommended👎 if you are looking for a phone with many beautiful free themes and fonts, buy other models, don't buy Vivo. They don't offer much free themes and almost everything need to be paid. I used to pay for it but now I feel like I got fooled so I did my own themes by downloading free apps from playstore.
