I wish this was never downloaded on my phone. It completely messed my whole phone up. I lost over 4000 pictures and I have no control of anything and changed everything on my phone. I'm getting texts that people never even sent me and took 2 weeks just to get my emails to work,Google and everything else. I should be reimbursed bc I have to keep buying more data for phone,or have to buy a new one when I just bought this is February! Never use this app.

Does not work properly when attempting to sort files by different criteria, ie name or size; the files will remain in the same order regardless of what is chosen. Also, cannot move files to different folders when editing; must go to the file path directly to move them. Can be very annoying as well as time consuming for what should be very simple file maintenance.

Well app is nice overall. Love the app. While it is good there are flaw major I am facing is in sorting and unable to see the actual size of the folder or files in it. I have to go in its property to see. Also its sorting based on size is not seen to working. But still it feel good for controls or navigation. And make analyze storage so that we are able to see each apps folder its size and maximum side folder in directory.

Hi guys, never update this as the developer has amended it to show the advertisement at the bottom of the explorer window. I just updated it and since it is very annoying, I had to uninstall the updates and restored back to original factory version. Such an unethical and unprofessional movement which was never expected from the Samsung developers. Pathetic and cheap act!!

Samsung My Files app is a true organizational gem! Its intuitive interface and powerful features make managing files a breeze. From effortless navigation to a variety of sorting options, it simplifies the process of accessing, organizing, and sharing files on my Samsung device. A must-have tool that adds significant value to the overall user experience. Thumbs up to Samsung for crafting such a user-friendly and efficient file management solution!

This is the worst file management app I have ever used... and that's going all the way back to DOS 1.0. It seizes up regularly, and takes a very long time to resolve whatever background action is taking place. You will completely lose whatever you were trying to do, creating a folder, rename a file, moving files or folders and must begin again. I'm using it on a Tab 7 and an S21 so we are not talking old processing power needing time to resolve. These are simple functions. Absolute garbage!

Alright, I love My Files, it makes things easier to see and go through, but for some reason, I keep getting the "Storage space running out" notification Sounds normal, except 96% storage used. I delete pictures and go back to the app 97% storage used. This is NOT supposed to go up when you delete files, and I know that this is downright something with Samsung, and not the app itself, but I really wish this could fix.

Poor app. Every time I open, it keeps begging for permission to access and sync, create and delete files on Google Drive. I dont want to sync anything in the folder. It doesn't appear that there is a way to turn this annoying feature off. So every time I click on anything, I get the nag screen asking for permission. I didnt pay $1000 for a phone that doesn't allow me to thrn off features to avoid constant annoying nag screens. It's why I no longer use the Samsung apps. Tired of nagging.
