Total garbage! Everytime I have tried to use the app to make changes to my plan or even look for a new phone I get internal error, server error, etc. This has been going on for many many months and Bell does nothing about it. And considering they have at least a third of the Canadian population by the balls, they know they don't have to care how well their garbage app works. I have to waste my time calling into their customer service line because this app sucks.
Account numbers provided don't match the formats required for identifying Bell as a payee. General search through bank app has 11 different "Bell" entities from which to choose. Ended up being unable to pay bill without putting credit card info in the app, resulting in late charges. In the end, had to put cc infor in app anyways. :-(
Okay... the app resets every time I want to log in to pay my bill or check any information and to log in back is ridiculous the amount of questions asked, if theres a "remember me" option why is this resetting every single time you turn off the app, not log out at all. To pay a single bill is a waste of time, rather just do ot over the phone. what a shameful inefficient app programming going on here. edited* just as I was writing this review went back to check more details and it crashed...
I can't view my internet nor phone bill on the app. I receive an error everytime. This has been an on going issue. The app is up to date and my phone is not out-dated. I have brought this to their attention via phone call and no help was provided. Terrible service, I am not happy with it one bit. This is an error on bell's end that need attention immediately. Don't bother reaching out to me. Fix the app.
It's a one stop shop for Bell mobility account services. You have access to pretty much every detail of your plan, current usage, and billing information, etc. I appreciate that that they added fingerprint unlock.
