The game is very good and nice but I'm very disappointed about the controls, it's bugging the controls and even the skills are bugging I've been losetreak because of this and always getting feed, I can't play comfortable about this please fix it. The game itself is very good and well polished. My only problem is that whenever I try to switch my account I sometimes have to do the process all over again. And when I do this repeatedly it will say I have done too many actions and it takes a whole 8 MINUTES to do the process again. What the heck Moonton, this timespan can eat people's time especially if they are busy. You need to at least reduce the cooldown or completely remove it. From all of the clients you have, you can't evn fix this?!
Worst game ever! Im always lagging even if my wifi is strong, tried playing call of duty mobile and there was no problem on my connection, when I tried playing this game the connection suckss!! Always at 80-90ms, tried restarting our router, it still the same, tried using data, nothing changes, using both and turning on network boost just makes it worstt!! It's just the only game on my phone that has connection issues!!
The game hangs in the middle of the game. When i rejoin it it keeps hanging. With buzzing sound. It really sucks because you always get reported for being afk. While i keep joining the game but it still hangs. Please fix this then ill change my review. No overheating but it still hangs. Also, it randomly exits even when its not overheating. It also does the same when i rejoin.I dont think its the cellphone. I also tried in my other phone but iit stiill does the same. PLEASE FIX
So much graphical change, but the lag got worse because of it. Regretted spending money on the in game purchase, not satisfying game for long term. The match making is so bad. Decided this issue to be two star or lower since this is an app that has existed for long time. Yet where is the solution? Does this app still deserve us to spend more if it can't even fix basic stuff? Matching with multiple people trying to take the same role. Matching with either team being overly strong or overly weak.
i have great connection and decent phone. but recently i experience severe drop in frame rate more and more frequently. this is one of the most popular and succesful game so you guys for sure can improve it much further. i would give high ratings but this problem really mess up the experience so until you do something about it, my rating stays.
Hello Team Moonton! I've been playing your game for a long time now—since 2019—and I really enjoyed it. But there's one problem that happened to me. I purchased the weekly diamond pass but it says "transaction failed" and it didn't purchase the pass, what's worse is it also took my money. I was frustrated and also doubting if it will come back. I hope the team fix this.
I usually enjoy playing it on my free time. Hoping for more prizes, surprises, and some improvements especially when it comes to connection. Even I have stable internet connection but the app itself is sometimes lagging. But above all, I like it so much especially it's been part of my daily routine. My day won't be completed without playing it.
