Not going to order a single thing more from this platform. My purchase was canceled right when it was supposed to be delivered yet the refund is gonna take a few weeks. So what seller just take money and play around with it? The support is also a joke not enough options or answers. Going back to Amazon.
The platform itself is great and I shop on it frequently, but their payment approvals do not correspond to what they advertise. Very disappointing to purchase something with a delivery date in mind and then their payment platform takes days more than they say they would.
Horrible!!! I have been trying to use my account but it keeps asking me to validate it. There is no contact number or email so there is no one to turn to when having questions. When I go to validate, it says I cannot do it from this device. There is no solution whatsoever. I tried to cancel the account but it asks for validation to do so!!! Unbelievable! In Chile it is not good to give anybody access to your Id card on both sides these days as it can be used to take your money from your pension.
I have an issue with a product, and I haven't received any refund to my credit card, I've been trying to follow the options that the app has but it always says that there was a trouble, I tried getting in touch with them but they never answer email messages nor phone calls, I just want to have my issue resolved
The most intrusive shopping experience ever! They want pictures of my passport and of me! Horrible customer service. Can't even delete my account. Do other people actually go along with their demands? They are holding my refunded money hostage until I meet their demands of providing pictures of my ID and of me. They say it is for security. The most secure is to return the money to the card they took it from not by putting it in some account that I never opened and don't use. Be careful shoppers!
too many bugs, exclusive discounts page doesn't show up. emptied the cache; latest version...issue persists. Also the checkout page where you see all your items in the list doesn't scroll up or down. And lastly no way to get support throught the mobile app, the help section is useless, can't get in touch with anybody.
I'm loving Mercado Libre. Everyday more thing are available, shipping is super fast, and anytime I've had a problem it's been resolved quickly.

Mercado libre is good and getting better. they are replicating what amazon does in the US. The creation of a marketplace is even more needed in Arg, where buyers and sellers struggle to find eachother, and do it with confidence. They need to make it even easier to buy by making the arrival clear, then deliver on time. The uncertainty alone I am sure prevents some sales. I had to return an item once, the refund was fast and easy. I was surprised, and it gave me the confidence to keep using ML.
