i love the app already (: one of the reasons i downloaded this app is because my stress is really high because of financial problems and its a little upsetting that it's so expensive and that theres no option to pay monthly.. but its fine, maybe one day. i hope. and otherwise i gotta do some acceptance meditation to accept the rich have it easy and ill never get there. its all sunshines and rainbows.
This app is best as compared to calm and headspace ,and the graphics are very soothing as well . Though ,i would like to give some suggestions. 1) It will be great if you add classes on teaching advance level meditation techniques. 2) I am from India and people here are highly motivated for meditation therefore ,if you add Hindi language then i believe it will be great for many of us.
I needed a meditation app for long term, and I've chose this one. I've played for the month, and everything looked good: plenty of different practices. But. The building of meditation is sooo annoying, the guide literally can't just shut up for a minute, especially when it's a sleep meditation. I didn't find any settings to correct it. Can't use the app, waste of time and money.
never tried meditation before today and this app has helped so much with my anxiety and my feelings of uneasiness/nervousness. I recommend this heavily to those dealing with stress and anxiety.
Very relaxing. It has been helping me let go of some worries, made me more mindful of my breathing & the way my mind works. The app has helped alot with thinking about stressors that I can't let go of. It definitely has made me more aware of certain stressors & anxiety that I didn't know & how to deal with the unknown & things I can't control. Love it!
I absolutely love the app. I love how there are a plethora of different meditations to choose from, depending on your mood or what you're doing at the moment. There are so many different options for background sounds! I do wish that the time for the meditations was on the thumbnail for them, but you can always just click on the meditation and exit out if you see it's too long or short!
