Update 2: Ok, so I have been advised that no rules can be the new rules. I don't agree but I get it. Now updating to 4 stars. Update: I used to enjoy playing this game when there were rules to it. Now that has changed and it is just a circle of having to start all over again or spend lots of money to keep playing. How do you play a game with no rules? Fun and challenging strategic game...can be played for free by earning items through the many events that are always running.
I love this game, but suddenly over the last couple days it has basically stopped working. For a few months there's been a bug in the chat system. The game often crashes and I have to reopen it, or it freezes and I have to close it myself and reopen it. Over the last couple days, it went from one of these things happening every 5-15 minutes to where now it happens every 30 seconds to 2 or 3 minutes. I can't use the app anymore and I'm a clan leader currently at war. This is terrible.
This game has so many problems with lag and glitches in cross server events. But the game acts like the problems are always caused by problems on the users end. Even when issues occur for multiple players at the same time. It's always blamed on the user or their device, internet connection, memory and storage or not clearing the cache and any number of other excuses. I have contacted support many times. The result is always not a problem caused by the game. User fault always. Worthless support
Diverse group of people to play with lends to an extremely engaging game. Update: I have played this game over 2 years. I recently made a series of in-game purchases during a special "buy 3, get 1 free" event. My mistake, I lost count and purchased too many of the necessary pieces for my upgrades. I realize that it was my mistake and not the game's, however it was $200. That's a decent sized mistake. It has been a week and they refuse to exchange or refund. Absolutely zero compromise.
