Thank you for ruining your product, I'll be finding a replacement as soon as possible. The Keep was the only reason I was continuing to use your product. It won't be long, and you'll be pulling your entire app off the market. I don't understand why companies just love to shoot themselves in the feet.
I've used this app for years. Recently, the app is experiencing serious bugs. It gives me notifications for messages but, when I open the app, I cannot see them. It won't load profile pictures and I will be unable to send messages when this happens. I used to clear the cache and restart my phone but this no longer works. The problem is getting worse and worse. It should be a simple messaging app but instead it's just a terrible, awful, frustrating app.
Been using LINE for almost 4 years and my only qualms are the account transfers (it deletes everything) and for some reason, I am now unable to send photos. It's also very inconsistent with the issue. It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data. Sometimes it sends and sometimes it doesn't. This started about a week ago when the One UI update rolled out. I have an S9+. It looks like others are having the same issue with different devices. Please fix this.
I have this app on my Samsung A14 5G and it works great for messaging & I can even assign a ringtone to it. But when it comes to the calls it rings with both the ringtone it originally had & the one I assigned it plus when I go to answer it sometimes it'll connect fine, sometimes you can still hear the music & the person you're talking to at the same time or it'll disconnect the call. ***Update I'm posting a 2nd comment that this app doesn't work right on calls!!! Fix it!!! 😡🤬😡🤬
Absolutely love this app. For some reason voice calls don't display on my screen I need to find out who called much later through missed calls. So you may need to send a quick update. I really like that the reply message per line has been added. I now want to know who is online / who has read my message in group and if its possible details on each message which let's us know of it has been read, who read it and what time it was read. Thank
