It used to be a good app but recently the complain function that is used to report wrong or missing deliveries is not working, and lately there have been multiple mistakes in the delivered items which shows a clear decline in the quality of service. There are better alternatives than this.
Horrible! Most of the time, no customer service or very poor customer service. No option to leave directions. App is not (translation language) friendly when contacting drivers. Looking for another option. If anyone knows a better delivery service please post it. This one is Horrible. Thank you
Poor Helpline! I had guests at home. My husband never trusts online orderings but i convinced him. Shockingly, we received 4 medium pizzas instead of 2 large and 2 medium. It was an embrassent for me not only in front of guests but also in front of my husband. When i tried to contact helpline, it took a long time to connect to the customer services and response was so slow, i had to disconnect as i had guests to attend to.
Great and fast service. Plus they pay for any mistakes made on orders. I really trust them to give me what I want and fast.
So, the restaurant doesn't follow the instructions placed on the app, and the food turns up wrong - not something I want to eat. I call customer service and the best they can do is SAR 10 refund.. less than 10% of what I paid. I was promised a call back from management.. still waiting 3 days later. In summary, I won't be using Hungerstation again.
