Good App. Just come back to it after 6 (where did that go) years. Seems harder now!! I like the new options that allow users to opt for easier of harder workout plans. The plans are well structured and the graphics are good enough for a novice (counting myself here) to understand how to undertake each excessive. The reminders between sessions are enough to encourage without being intrusive. I've kept it and I'm still using it.
