When I need the device help at times it's in a different English I speak only one English only I never had trouble with my Verizon Wireless losing signal now I am so not happy.
Plz added some best feature so that we comfortable to use the phone. For my opinion add triple finger screen shot option, screen recorder, and more cool features. So that I give you 5star
I hate this phone. I miss phone calls and texts because the ringer doesn't go off. The text message thing shuts every time I try to send a picture. No response.
Once you experience what it's like to be hacked from your wifi to your phone to your security cameras and then the sad thing is trying to find help is like a wild goose hunt! I know things and seen things and have so much proof that would scare ever person who has a cell phone. The only possible way to gain total privacy is to Hillary Clinton all smart devices! Till you have to fight for your life because anyone who hacks other people are just cowards and they found something to feel powerful!
It goes to fast to understand and follow, before you can respond. Then it automatically makes its own decisions. It screwef my phone up, turned my volume down and changed my screen colors. It doesn't allow a 0 star rating.
As far as my experience has been, this "toolbox app" seems to be nothing more than am internet link to a mildly clever small webpage. Every time I've reached out to this app I get nothing more than an exact duplicate of the same old information I was given the last time (verbatim)... nothing more. Basically, it's just an online version of the same owner's manual which is only helpful to a point. Motorola, what ever happened to having a 'customer support' contact phone number (in USA)?
Most recent update causing my phone to make a rapid clicking sound when on lock screen. I factory reset and went through each pre-installed app, disabling them one by one and the noise stopped when I disabled this app
After updating today, Nov-6-18, app states can't find IMEI! Seriously! Very oddly, does not show in app list! States cannot connect to internet to see privacy policy before my having to agree to it despite phone's internet access working fine. Rolled back (uninstall) to before update and IMEI, GPU, RAM info, etc. are there and app now appears in app list. Last update seems to have created problems, needs a rework.
Happy 😇 for showing processor & memory uses Chart with percentage. 👍 Thanks 4 Upgrade :)
