Used Deezer for a good 5 years or so at this point without complaint, however the last update has been an absolute nightmare, I'm now unable to randomly shuffle a playlist an incredibly simple yet useful feature. The app is constantly crashing or refuses to load. In addition to this I feel some features could be improved upon such as the ability to add tracks to playlists offline.
I love this app. I have been looking for an app that has my favorite kpop songs on it, because spotify doesn't have them anymore and I found it. I also always accidentally exit out of the app sometimes, but this app doesn't stop playing. Its very cool. One thing I would change tho is so I could customize the background, I haven't figured out how to do that yet and I don't think that's a feature.
Deezer is an amazing music 🎧 app and has a very wide diversity of music. You can't listen to songs from some artists on choice rather they'll play on shuffle and you can't skip more than 3-4 songs on the mobile app however, in the latest update, the app has given the users the ability to download songs for free which you can later on listen to from your downloaded songs list and skip as many times as you want. It is way better than SoundCloud because it has all the original songs. Thumbs up!
Absolutely love Deezer, I've been using it for 2 years now, nearly . It's never failed or glitched on me. I used to use it all the time to get to sleep or walk to school. When I haven't subscribed, to listen to my favourites or any other album you would have to " shuffle play" but is still quite good. And you could slide it a little to see the next song and you can still skip a few songs.
Updated review (2020): Deezer emailed me to inform me of the new Chromecast app, all of my previous issues are fixed and I couldnt be happier! Thank you for finally rectifying the problems we were all having. Original review (2019): Nearly a year and no fix for numerous well-known Chromecast casting problems, cannot play more than a few songs before the Chromecast freezes or crashes. Developers aware of the issues but no improvement over the last 10 months.
