It has worked possibly twice since I've downloaded it months ago. Since then, I'll get notifications that I have messages but I'm never able to get into the app to see them. I'm met with an "Oops something went wrong" every time. I've deleted and reinstalled it and that didn't fix it either.

Terrible app. The old authenticator was problematic, but this is even worse. Can't even log into the app, went through so the troubleshooting for the app and for my device, and I still can't get it to do the basic functions of an authenticator. Fixed one issue, but another arises. Ultimately, it's unnecessary bloat and hassle. Nice idea to integrate chat and authenticator on one app, but could congressional just be achieved with a simpler app. In dire need of fixes or an entire overhaul.

Updated review: That was an insane 3 day trial. I restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, cleared cache multiple times over. I wanted to force the app to log out of my account but suddenly I was no longer receiving SMS protect messages when I tried to enter the add an authenticator part of account settings in browser. Used app management to "clear storage" which force wiped the log in. Once I logged back in suddenly it was happy and reinstalled the authenticator. Still wish for keychain dongle.

Hands down the worst authentication app ever made. The moment you set it up you're logged out and from what I can tell it's not even possible to log into the app past that. Even if I'm quick and copy paste the code and log in, it gets stuck in an in app browser. Absolutely pathetic from a company like blizzard, although it's par for the course for them.

After being forced to switch half a year ago, I *still* cannot log in through this app. It simply refuses. Sometimes pressing "log in" takes me right back to the login screen. Sometimes it let's me enter an authenticator code, which will just endlessly spin after submission. Thank goodness the authenticator still somehow works for approving desktop login requests. But if anything happens to this app, I'm outright locked out of my account. I have no way to recover without this app. PLEASE FIX IT!
