I'm absolutely loving the Amazon Prime Video app! The user interface is seamless and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. Dear Amazon Prime Video Team, As a regular user, I appreciate the excellent content variety. I have two suggestions to enhance the user experience: 1. Add a playback speed control feature for all movies and series, allowing viewers to adjust speed for efficient viewing, scene analysis, and accessibility. 2. Improve the fast forward and rewind functionality, as the current 10-second skip causes a 2-3 second freeze, disrupting the experience. These features would offer greater flexibility Thank u
It has a lot of bugs in the app, like: When we pause a series, and then we come back to the app to continue to watch, it comes back for a previous episode; sometimes it has the button skip intro and sometimes not; when we reduce the screen to watch the series while typing a message, the subtitle disappears. Greaaat catalog, however the app needs a lot of work to fix these bugs.
Prime has some good content, TV app is ok, but the phone app has some major, annoing bugs and the adverts experience is abysmal. Playing one and the same ad over and over again, till you're sick. playing ads when you skip the movie, even if it's a few seconds, the app doesn't remember where you finished, so you have to do it over and over again. playing ads when you come out of the film to, a different app, to text back or take a call. You can't really watch anything, the worse of them all.
I have loved prime video for YEARS. And I have zero issues having ads occasionally. But, when I have to get up to tend to my kids or whatever and I have to rewind a show, I do not appreciate being punished like a child with commercials whenever I accidentally touch the screen on my phone or if I need rewind it. I get there's an option to pay for an ad free experience, and I don't mind ads but I do not like being punished with them for trying to rewind a show. It's ridiculous and petty
