love the work outs, giving 2 🌟 because I am SICK of all the adds that keep popping up while I'm working out. almost every 10 seconds another add will pop up. Making it very hard for the timed exercises as it stops the clock and some adds you cant X out of, and when you are halfway through a 1 minute plank and you get a 1 minute add you cant x of it is really annoying.
Never even started (which I was very bummed about). I downloaded the app, and immediately got so many ads on my phone...even when I wasnt using the app. Checking emails, sending texts, making phone calls, scrolling through pictures...and was constantly bombarded with ads. I dont mind ads so much in an app, but when I am not even in the app...that is way to much. Uninstalled app and no more ads. Big disappointment.
I really like this app and it has been a huge help with my fitness, but after the 30 days it restarts to day one. I worked up to 18 minutes and I would like if the time continues insted of going back to 8 minutes. If there is anyway to continue the same time and amount passed the first 30 days I would appreciate the information on how to do so.
I have been doing this app a little over a week and I picked the beginner stage to start worth. I do the morning ab, regular exercise and sleepy stretch every night some times add in another eexercising the day with it. It alot easier then I was thinking it would be! I am feeling better about myself and not doing super hard stuff but I do feel it. I'm wanting to lose some belly fat but tighten everything. So far this has been good for me and I think it would be for you as well. So give it a try!
personally this app is pretty nice. Its given me convidence to keep this up EVERYDAY so far. Yeah its kinda unhealthy but i do take breaks on the weekends.. This app has many different workouts for different muscles and gives breaks in between every single one! Lastly anybody who works out make sure to take breaks. In between work outs, and maybe even just a whole day for a break. Give your muscles time to relax and get stronger :). Just take it slow if your a little weak... good luck! <3
I am 70 and have to be careful with my back problems. Now retired I was getting really unfit, staid & my weight was ballooning, especially my belly, but I can already feel the difference after 4 days. I move more easily, my stamina has improved (slightly) and I feel better. Also, I can feel it strengthening my back & improving its flexibility. This is a really good app and I look forward to my results in a month! Thank goodness it's free as well as I couldn't afford it otherwise.
Brilliant...you can go at your own pace to a certain extent. Different levels with tips for making certain exercises easier or harder. The best thing is that it works over backdrop music from Spotify so I can play relaxing music for stretching before bed but motivational music for a more intense workout! I can definitely feel that my muscles have been working even though I'm only a few days in. Although there are ads they are just at the start and end of a workout and they don't interrupt it.
